“I originally bought the halo and loved it so much, I ended up buying the flip-up clip as well to add extra volume to my pony. When it arrived, it was damp and had a funny smell, which the halo did not. I emailed customer support and they immediately shipped me a new one without any hassle. Best service ever! You can also wear the clip flipped down to add more fullness to a half up/half down or fully down look. Love this company so much. You helped ween me off of my beaded weft extensions that were putting so much strain on my hair. It now feels and looks healthier than ever!”
