“I ordered the double drawn hair and when it arrived I was far from pleased. It isn’t thick, the wire is flimsy, the black hair had many strands of silver in it, and overall it wasn’t worth it for the money. I contacted them for a return and they sent a nasty email basically listing all the reasons why your return won’t be accepted. It was accusatory that their customers would have tried on the hair and broke hygiene protocol, so the return probably won’t be accepted. I wrote them an email back in response highlighting their poor service and word choice throughout and that it is possible for someone to not like their product. I sent my hair in a while ago and they still haven’t credited me. Horrible company. Buyer beware.”
“The Halo string is really uncomfortable to my head, it is very itchy. The quality of the hair is good though. I’d consider buying one of this again if the string used will be different later.”

“Horrible customer service. Impossible to reach anyone, even during business hours. There is no phone number to call and speak to a human being. They don’t have an option to cancel your order if there is a mistake with the order. Part of me feels like this company is a scam.”
