“I purchased a hidden crown and tried to adjust the wire and broke. Contacted them several times and did not resolve the issue. This is not the first time I purchased from this company so I know how to adjust the wire. I told them this particular head crown was defective and the the only thing they sent me was videos on how to adjust the wire. I will not be purchasing any items from them in the future. No number to call so you have to send them an email and they don’t respond quickly. I do not recommend buying from them!”

“I like the halo, it looks great. But I could have never adjusted the wire to fit my head. So I had to go to a wig salon and have it fitted. It took the hair dresser app 20 minutes to get the right fit. The bead & the wire was the challenge. I would not buy again for this reason.”
