“I got the halo extension. The hair is so silky and beautiful but this color was not right for me. It turned out too “pink” in some lighting next to my type of blonde. I reordered though and am hoping to find the right match!”
“I really would give 3 1/2 stars maybe 4! I’m conflicted because I had high hopes for this hidden crown especially since I have lost hair due to stress and health issues and wanted some beautiful hair to feel confident in. The one thing that was 100% on point was the blonde color match, that was perfect. I really wish y’all would add 16 inch to the daydream. 14inch is too short and the 18inch I got is honestly too long for everyday wear. So that Is a huge downfall. Also, the fitting of wire is faulty. I’ve watched every video and it slides and moves on my head no matter what. I have even re-wired it to try to get better fitting. It’s either too loose, too tight and the extensions on the side above ear are too thick and noticeable on people like me who have very fine/thin hair on sides. You can see extension piece, I have to tease it or find tricks to make it not noticeable. Having this problem makes me not confident in my hidden crown and I know y’all talk about being and needing to be confident in your hidden crown. This is disappointing because I have saved and eyed this product for so long. This was a big investment for me. I don’t have funds to just spend frivolously on things especially for myself. Another downside is not being able to try on halo without taking the security tags off and then you can’t exchange or return once you do that. I wish there was a way to “try” on colors, lengths and styles. I also think there should be layered halos for those who have shorter hair like me where the 18inch is very hard to blend without others noticing. To be 100% honest I do not feel confident in it and I feel everyone knows it’s not my hair. I think you have a great product but there is a lot of room to improve in many areas. I personally wish I could return for a 16 inch. I feel mine won’t be worn much. I’ve only worn it once and it wasn’t as easy as advertised and hurt my head and moved so much I ended up taking off. So unfortunately I’m not completely satisfied. If y’all took time to actually read my review then Thank You. I hope you can take this feedback to help future customers and make this product flawless. If y’all fix these problems, I’d look into buying again but at moment I just wish I had option to exchange mine for 16inch so I can feel confident. GL to y’all!”

This is the second one so bought - never an issue with the first hence the reason why I came back when wanting a longer one. Had it for two days and the ribbon which the wire is held broke the first time I wore it at an event I was at.
Sent an email (being no phone number to call) and never heard back. Will never buy again from this company.”
“Loved it! I wore it for my wedding. It blended great, the halo part was so easy to put in. I wore it the next day for fun and it took me 2 mins to put it in! My wedding pictures look amazing- no one knew I was wearing it, and I barely did either.”
