“I bought the halo hair extension because it's advertised as easy to use. It's not, though, because when I received my crown, the wire was not put in correctly. When I contacted customer service they sent me a 12 minute video instructing me how to pull the wire though with pliers. I bought these for a wedding and thought they would be easy to use. Nope, took me almost two hours to pull the wire through. The hardware on Hidden Crown's hair extensions are cheap. They wouldn't accept my return, after I followed up three times. I thought it was funny how customer service tried saying that my emails got lost in the spam folder; (that would be impossible, since they were responding to my email thread). Also, as I wrote in a previous review, while the quality of the hair is nice, the color absolutely does not match up to the picture. This is not cool ash blonde hair, this has very warm undertones and won't match your hair. Save yourself the headache and don't buy this.”
“Very disappointed, the wire broke before I got to try it on. I sent an email to your customer service and no one responded. The hair and color are very pretty , but your customer service stinks! It’s been two weeks with no response. I literally had the crown for 20 minutes, when it broke.”
“The way this company packages their halos it's almost impossible to tell if the style will work well with your hair. You are forced to remove the ties which will make them ineligible for returns to really tell how they will work for you. Don't throw your money down the drain. Company does not care about customer satisfaction at all, you are simply stuck with them.”
