“Thought it was the lighting in my home that made the halo look like it had pink (mauve) stripey highlights until friends and total strangers kept commenting on my pink hair. Politely asked customer service about it and the replies were not only rude but accusatory. With a social media following of 100,000 people, I am ready to give a very honest review of the customer service.”
“These extensions are in the bag in my closet. I can't use it. My head is too small. I didn't even get a chance to cut the line. I agree with not wanting to accept returns due to people using the hair versus people who truly can't wear or use it. I believe it should be upon review to determine the result of an exchange or not. I saved up for this for weeks only to be disappointed. If anyone wants the extensions, i would be happy to re-sell. Otherwise, it was a big loss to my pocket book. THanks for asking!”
“I had a lot of trouble getting the color right. Sent back twice (at my expense!) before found the right color and that was with taking photo of my hair and sending it to their "experts" in advance. I also had a terrible time mastering getting it on my head to stay. I wore hair pieces for years, so this halo hair method was new and very tough to master. Also, the reason you get a piece is because you have very fine or no hair. Mine is baby fine so covering the weft is always a challenge for me. Lastly, this hair is great quality and thick, but it does NOT curl or style easily.
Considering the high cost relative to other hair on line, I'm not sure I would recommend this product.”
“I had heard a lot of people talk about these extensions and rave about them. I figured I would try them out and sadly I’m not very impressed. A few of the pros, the color matches PERFECT, and the hair is extremely good quality. As far as the cons go, in order to keep the hair blended you have to brush your hair almost once every 30 minutes. I think that’s ridiculous considering my hair is only about 2 or 3 inches shorter then the extensions themselves so they should have no problem blending. They are very hot and heavy. They do work well if I’m just taking photos or doing head shots. But if you are going to be wearing them in everyday life I wouldn’t recommend. Disappointed considering they cost a lot more then typical clip ins, and the clip ins work a lot better for my hair.”
“I did not initially like my HiddenCrown because it was too thick. There are four layers of hair which is too much. Fortunately it was easy to cut off two of the layers (which Is a waste of money). Now that they blend in with my hair I wear them all of the time.”
