“I have dark, thin, fine hair cut at shoulders in a bob (12”) and purchased the “Hidden Crown 12” in #18”. I just wanted a halo that would make my natural hair look thicker and less see through without the hassle of extensions. I don’t want extra long hair. Ughh! I don’t understand why there is not more info on the website describing exactly what you’re getting and comparing the different products. They should also explain/suggest the different products for different hair. I watched videos and read reviews, but most people have more hair than I do and don’t have the same issue. This is a lot of money to spend on a product I can’t wear. I’m so disappointed. I don’t want to return, I just want to try the 12” natural ends. The product I purchased is so much hair and doesn’t blend with my natural hair, especially bc of the double drawn ends, it looks so fake. Also, the wire absolutely shows against my dark hair and I can see it glisten against my scalp. I have to pull almost all of my hair over the topper the get it to stay on my small head, but then it’s poofy on the sides. (Yes, I’ve seen the videos to correct this.) Plus, it’s 12”, but I didn’t realize how far back I had to wear it on my head shape, so it’s super long. Another issue, I have plenty of hair on top of my head, but thin and short in the front, so I have trouble covering the thick stitched wefts where they connect to the wire. I wanted a quality halo with hair sourced from a reputable company, but I feel left out. I want pretty hair quickly too. I hope this review helps the ladies that have fine, thin shorter hair. Basically, if you have perfect hair, but it’s just short, this product is great for you. If you have problem hair or have a smaller head shape, do extensive research.”
“Quality of hair is amazing, very soft and thick. I have super super thick hair, so if there was an option for thick hair that would be awesome. But overall, I love it. Easy to put on, and comfortable!

“Color match was good. Gave 3 stars because it didn’t give much volume just added length. I have short hair thinking layered one would have blended better and looked less fake. I wish you could return after trying on, I would have upgraded to layered look. Well made but had a hard time adjusting to my size. Took a while to get used to it. It kept sliding down had to re-adjust size- they give extra pieces to do that. Need to curl on high setting for curls to stay. Storage bag is nice. Over priced for what they are my exceptions were higher.”

I just purchased the long layered 1B and it’s less than a month old and it’s nodding in the back. I’m sadly disappointed. I take great care of my 400 dollar investment but the quality is not what I purchased before.”
“I was hesitant to keep these because it is hard to tell how thick they are without being able to remove them and unfold them. However, I'm really happy i did. I have been wearing clip ins for years, and they have caused a lot of breakage. The halo layers is the best thing ever. Once you get it fitted right it's very easy to put on. I ordered the 22 in and cut a few inches off. It is thick and heavy from the top to the end. I'm a hairstylist and have purchased many different brands claiming to be 100% Remy human hair that clearly were not. I would definitely recommend hidden crown extensions.”
