I watched the videos, tried ratting my hair and it slipped if I made any sudden movements. Wore out to dinner and was so stressed about it falling out of my head that I was more focused on that then my evening. This is a one and done purchase for me.”

I cannot get it to fit right, at least with the pliers provided. It got quite frustrating after a while of pulling, fiddling, measuring, clamping etc.
Currently, bead sits very close to the elastic loop & the crown sits low on the nape of my neck.
This product is costly & I wish it were easier/quicker to use. I paid hundreds of dollars (Canadian) incl shipping & I can't use this yet bc of my fitting issue that hasn't been resolved. I also wish their customer service was more accessible.”
