“I absolutely love then! I’ve never worn extensions before and was a little nervous to try, but so glad I did. I’ve gotten so many compliments on them. The only complaint is that they were not as dark as I thought they would be, and I ended up having to dye them darker to match my hair color. Dying them was easy and now the color matches perfectly.”

“Unfortunately, this did not work for me. I have gone back and forth with customer service and am very disappointed in how they are handling things. My hair dresser cut the security ties off and then we could not get it to fit. The hair is in immaculate condition. "Bonnie" (who I'm sure is not her) is basically trying to tell me that we did it wrong, however, my hairdresser has plenty of experience and has put these in other peoples head multiple times. Apparently my head is just small or my hair is too fine and oily, I don't know. My thing is, how do you know a $300 piece of hair is going to work without putting it on? Now I am unable to send pictures as I've been in the hospital and I got "Let us know when you're better". They want me to send pictures in a few months when things get sorted out to try and "resolve". I don't want "support" with this product as now I will never wear it. I've only been trying to get a refund and I just keep getting the run around. I'm going to have a very premature baby so the last thing I am concerned about is sending pictures and wasting time with something that simply just doesn't work for me. I had really high hopes for this company, the product quality is great! Again, just does not work for me. Customer service, not as great. I just really hope they decide to make it right.”
“I Purchased this product and assumed you could try it on because in one of the videos it was tried on with the tag on and then I realized when I cut the wires I couldn’t return it. Unfortunately this did not fit my head after multiple attempts. The thing is even if it’s on if you jerk your head back or laugh or if it’s windy out this will come off. I feel like a hairpiece like this is more for selfies and photo shoots not for every day wear by any means. Now I am out the money and cannot return it even though I really don’t feel it is described properly. I’m only writing this review because I don’t want someone else to purchase this based on the photos posted on here and think that they can actually wear it out and about. I really wish I could return it for at least a credit and get the clip/ins. Instead it will just sit here unworn. It’s a shame. In perfect condition. I don’t Have any kind of scale problem or lice or what have you I can absolutely be worn by somebody else and you at least. I will never wear this. To charge this much money I think the product like this should really work as described in this does not. I’m not sure how it gets such high reviews to be honest with you it must be from people that take selfie’s.”
“This product is NOT easy to place in your hair by yourself, I had my sister in law who is a hair dresser put it in for me and even she struggled getting it to stay in properly and tight so that it didn't feel like it was going to fall out. The color that I ordered was not exact to my hair color and because we took the 'Security ties' off you can no longer send back for a refund or exchange. You cannot really tell if the color is an exact match to the naked eye without taking the security ties off and actually putting the hair on with your own for a true color match so to not be able to at least do an exchange is absolutely ridiculous for the amount of money you are spending on a product like this...COMPLETE JOKE and I would never recommend spending this type of money with the return policy that they have in place, it's not worth the hassle and again is NOT just simple to throw in your hair, it's a process to get it in properly and secure.”
“I’ve had so many types of extensions. Clip in, keratin bonds, tape ins, you name it. I’m a very low maintenance person and I loathed how time consuming and damaging they were. Plus always having to be mindful if my “tracks” are showing. Hidden crown halo extensions were so quick and easy to install and blended in without a hitch! I will never go back to another method. I purchased the 20” in dark brown and it’s the perfect length and thick all the way down to the tips of the hair. It does run more on the ashy cooler side so I’m going to have my stylist warm it up for me.”
