“The hair quality is good but honestly the halo portion is not user friendly. I even watched the video. I’m sure it’s user error but it seems to be lore advanced than someone who’s used to clip ins. Also didn’t realize they couldn’t be returned until after you cut the clips so I have the wrong color. I’ll try again one day lol”

The hair is high quality and the color was lovely. There was some light layering throughout the piece which gave a much less bulky feel than previous extensions I have purchased.
After dealing with post-covid hair loss, this halo gave me back the long locks I’ve been missing :) it took my hair from sad to thick in 60 seconds.
