“I ordered the #2 Halo and when I received it the color was too light. In my package the swatches were a #1 and a #3. I contacted Hidden Crown and they immediately sent out a 1B swatch, which was perfect. I returned the unused #2 Halo and as I write this they are replacing it with the 1B Halo which I have not received as of yet, but it is on the way. I’ve had seamless extensions in the past and could not deal with how heavy they were (i had to get a decent amount seamed in because i have thick/corse hispanic hair).
