“I don’t leave home without my halo extension! This is my second order from Hidden Crown hair. The hair is very nice, sleek and soft and the wire prevents damage to my fine hair. I will say that when I received my extension, some of the hair came out of it as soon as I opened it and I do have some issues getting the wire to stay in place and found the back slipping down on my head because I purchased the 24” crown (most likely due to the weight).I didn’t have this issue with the 18” extension though. Overall fantastic product that I will purchase again when the time comes!”
“It looks awful and I wish I could return it. The color matches perfectly and my order came on time but it doesn’t look right. I’ve tried watching the videos and styling the crown and my hair but it doesn’t blend well at all. It was very expensive so I had high expectations but I was let down.”
“I am a salon owner and an employee of mine purchased a hidden crown for herself to assess the quality of your product with the hopes of offering them to our clients. Sadly, we were extremely disappointed with your product. Despite shampooing the unit, layering the unit, and texturizing the unit it will not maintain any shape or style. Furthermore, the unit faded considerably after only one shampoo. So much so that the lather was brown while washing and no longer matches the natural hair. Please let me know if there is anything you can do for us but as of this point we will be recommending one of your competitors for our halo extension needs. Thank you.”
“Wrong length. It said 18inches but measures to 20inches. Makes a huge different because they were also wrong about how high it sits. So it’s really like 22 inches when it’s on. It also arrived damaged. They ignored me for weeks and claimed to me on Instagram that they had taken care of it. Lies. It wasn’t until after they got notice from my bank I filed a dispute that they reached out claiming an issue with their email system. Ya right. They only offered for me to send the item back and then they would see what my “options were.” I sent photos and proof and even photos of it next to a measure. What more do they need? Not giving them a chance to “reject” the return and then charge me to send the damaged hair back out to me. (Yes that’s their policy if you read). They will probably not post this bc they are sketchy and unreliable.”
