“Horrible policies. I had cut the black stays to actually have a look at the hair as I am unfamiliar with this product and how it works. I didn’t touch anything else in the packaging . I immediately noticed that the wire to the hair was no in place. So I requested a return immediately -) only I’lone day after I received the hair.) And they said oh if you cut those little stays then you can’t return it. Come on folks, you sent me a faulty hairpiece that someone law must have returned damaged.I had to spend two hours trying to wire the hair with the supplied wire. So I am not happy and will not order again.”
“The product overall was great quality. I would definitely highly recommend for someone to purchase this. However, the one I ordered didn’t work for me. I have thick coarse hair. I believe the product I purchased and I’m only speaking for the one I purchased is for thin or fine hair.”

“I purchased my halo out of a necessity after my hair was majorly Damaged by regular extensions. I wasn’t even sure I had enough hair left to cover the halo and make it blend. I was wrong! My hair blends seamlessly with the halo and I get compliments all the time. I wish I tried this before traditional extensions. So much easier and looks so much better.”
