“I am SO disappointed in my Hidden Crown Halo. I have been ordering these for a couple years and the quality has drastically decreased. I have only worn my latest halo for about a month when it began matting and knotting horribly. I have followed all the instructions for care and maintenance. I have tried using conditioner and oils, and nothing helps.”
“After only 2 wears it was broken and matted. It's not the 100g at all closer to less than 60. Customer said they were mailing a replacement and never followed up.”

My hair is normal thickness, so I thought they would work but I have to really work with them to get them to look halfway decent. They aren’t fooling anyone though, no one believes these are actually mine. Overall, I wish I wouldn’t have spent the money.”
