My daughter received this gift for her Birthday from myself and her father took them out of the package not realizing at all any stipulation what so ever on exchange. She wanted the longer extensions. She was excited and grateful …now she is sad and disappointed as your company will not exchange .. the product came no where near her head and she had gloves on while examining yo check it out.
Unfair stipulations at best as there are no warning literature depicting such an event on package nor would she know as it was a surprise gift.
As a courtesy for this exchange and future purchases we would greatly appreciate your help in this exchange alleviating hardship for myself and daughter.
I have texted - emailed ,trying to resolve the issue without any response .
Please contact me as we really do wish to get the longer extension to have for her wedding next month. We are unable to use the size she received.

I didn’t feel like the images showed any reddish hues in it either. I was extremely disappointed because I cut the tags before i read the return policy and it was WAY off.”

“So I recently bought the hidden crown hair the Halo. I bought only 12 in Long and the thick ends. My complaints are that the hair is not staying on my head properly. It's constantly falling down no matter what I do very disappointed. the hair is so thick I can't even tie it back in a ponytail most importantly I feel like I have a thick wig on all day long and it falls off and is also getting tangled underneath crown part of the netting. So I really wish I didn't make this purchase now. I'm very disappointed the hair just does not have proper placement and it's too heavy and the quality of the hair is good but the fit is terrible. I wish I would have known better than to make this purchase. I tried to contact customer service and I haven't gotten a response. Definitely should have investigate this more thoroughly before I make this purchase because now you cannot return it once you take the plastic security bands off the hair. I'm very familiar with extensions I've had them done professionally for 20 years and I was wanting to give my hair a break and this was recommended to me but I think everything was just ordered wrong I think the thick ends are too heavy for a person's head. I think that's why the wire won't go into proper placement. I think I should have did the 16 inch without the thick ends. Thinking this is so heavy and so thick that is why it won't properly fit I watched the videos over and over again I can't help with it and it's just not working and I don't understand why it tangles underneath the crown part of the halo. Well I realize this is working for some people this particular Halo is not working for me at all I really wish customer service would contact me and try and resolve this issue.”
“Terrible customer service, they make you pay for shipping to return your items, and then refund you only the hair amount back and not the shipping you paid it get the hair and then return it. Paid shipping 2x for nothing. Waste of money !!!!
