“I got this crown and the color that they ship you is really light. I used expert color match so I trusted thm and tried it on. Big mistake. They are not returnable once you try them on. I realized this, but I now have expensive extensions I can't use. They recommend coloring them by a stylist but I hear that can ruin them. They don't ship you a rich chocolate brown so be ware! The color expert match doesn't really work either.”
“The hair itself is beautiful and color it very pretty, but I must’ve gotten a lemon bc getting them wore to work was beyond frustrating. Once it did, its okay, digs into the head a bit but beauty must suffer (or so they say) it doesn’t damage my hair and I like that. When I took the beautiful piece out and stroked the hair a big old clump fell out, made me a bit wary to wear it in public as big clumps of hair falling out wouldn’t be too sexy. So be sure to brush it first and get any loose hair off.
My biggest pause was the customer service. I take issue with a company who doesn’t stand behind their products. No returns unless you have not completely opened it. Meaning if you open it and there is anything wrong (broken wire/issue w hair) you’re stuck. The customer service is less than desirable. Email only, but unavailable on weekends. If you have an issue, expect to email, wait a day and repeat until If/ when you’re issue is resolved or you give up.
I wanted to get to pony tail but it’s just too risky to waste money if I have an issue again. As I said, hair is beautiful. I imagine clip ins are solid here. If this company stood behind its product and had a return policy that was reasonable I’d say go all in, but it’s a risk. Plenty of other great companies who will give you better service and stand by their stuff.”
