I spent nearly $400 only to receive something that did not come close to matching. I took pictures and they recommended a different shade. Believing in them, I purchased it and spent another $400! The second shade did not come close to matching either. There are no live phone services so good luck getting any help! It is now almost one month later and I am still waiting for my refund!!! “I was disappointed in the thickness of the hair. Although it looks natural I would have like more volume. Also I haven’t opened it yet as watching the vide on how to fit was really discouraging. I don’t think I’ll be able to fit it myself so hoping my hairdresser can help. Overall the quality is vg and natural but for the price I souri have wanted more hair and volume and an easier way to fit it. Haven’t tried it yet so not sure how it will hold and feel . It doesn’t seem as simple as you appear to make it putting it on on 5 minutes”
