“The hair color I picked was spot on. After the second day of getting it, all I did was unzip the bag to get my hair and the zipper broke off and now my bag is just open. I watched over twenty videos of how to apply and wear the Halo. It still doesn’t fit me right and my head is in a spot I don’t like, but I needed it to be tighter. So I guess I might have to figure out how to rewire it and start again from scratch. I’m hoping that’s possible since I saw extra wire in the box and when I was watching all the hair videos, I know I saw a video for rewiring. Plus, the two times I’ve tried to wear it, I always feel it on the left side of my ear, and then my ear is left being irritated and even got a light scab on it from the hair. I just don’t know how I feel about the Halo. For $300+, I’m very disappointed. I was so looking forward to purchasing this for a long time. :(”
“I originally ordered the medium brown with the help of your color expert but it was too light so I ordered the rich chocolate brown and that color is too dark. Do you have a brown that is in between the two shades?”

“I submitted a picture for a color match prior to purchasing and am extremely pleased with how closely the color matches my hair.
It took a little time to get the wire to fit comfortably but now that I have it right, I couldn’t be happier. It does not hurt my head at all but I do feel it a little. It definitely takes some getting used to so I try to wear it for a couple of hours at a time just to get accustomed to the feeling and how it moves.
I am very happy with the quality of the hair and extremely pleased with my purchase. Considering getting the bungee pony as well.”
