“I had to exchange for a darker color. The first piece was beautiful and silky smooth. Very pleased just needed darker. The exchanged piece has split ends, like it has been used. The hair is literally broken and doesn’t go the length of the piece. It looks like my current hair piece that I have had for two years and wear daily. :/ I kept it because I was tired of messing with it. My natural hair isn’t silky smooth so I went with it but I was still so disappointed. I placed an order after my sister ordered a blonde piece and it was perfect, but she didn’t have to exchange. So, if you’re lucky enough to get the correct color the first time, I believe you’ll be okay. The exchanged piece clearly is Not new. All the frizzies in the pic is the broken hair strands. I still haven’t worn it because I need it fitted and cut a few inches.”
“They are great , but they need more color options , like with smaller highlights instead of chunky ones . They also need balage colors . The highlight extensions may blend well with long hair , but the too much of the chunky highlights will not blend well with short hair . Other than that this company is amazing”
“I purchased clip in extensions and a Halo crown extension . I personally did not like the Hslo as it felt wrong for me. Absolutely nothing to do with the product it was really about me. I love the quality of the hair and the clip ins just suit me more as I live in the tropics and can use them in ponytail s and many up styles. I have converted the Halo crown into clip in so I am very happy. Would highly recommend this company. A big thank you to Bonnie for her help, service , videos and advice She is really fantastic.
