“I have ordered Hidden Crown in the past and I love their halo extensions, but this time around I just was not satisfied with their customer service and I&m really not sure what happened. I ordered the color #3 and realized it was a shade too light so I paid to return the extensions and exchange them for the #2 which matched my hair perfectly (they give you a swatch of the shade darker and lighter than the color you purchased to be sure that is the color you want). So I was already stressed out that I had to return it (I had been looking forward to wearing them) and was not looking forward to waiting for the new set but knew I needed to stick it out to get the color I really needed and knew that it was my fault for choosing the wrong color to begin with. Here is where the frustration REALLY sets in though: I was told that they would come in this past Wednesday (they did not get in until Friday which was when I was really needing them for my Halloween outfit - but decided to just be thankful they came in in time to wear them that night and chalked it up to being USPS& fault) and was also told to disregard the email confirmation of my new hidden crown color that stated I was being shipped a #3 because they couldnt change the email. I said okay, and didnt think anything of it. I go to open the package when they finally come in...and its the SAME COLOR I had returned. I was LIVID. Tried to find a customer service number to call and talk to someone about this mix up and they have NO customer service line to call and that they only do business via email. What in the world kind of policy is that? These are hair extensions we are purchasing - and not cheap ones at that! I want to be able to talk to someone about my order if need be. You guys really need to change that ASAP. So now, I have no clue what is happening to my hair extensions but I can not wear this #3 color (hence why I returned them in the first place) and I am really not wanting to pay to return these ones since this mistake was not my fault. I even left a note in the return of my first set stating that I wanted to exchange my #3 for a #2. When you&re paying upwards of $300 you kind of expect to get what you paid for/ask for.
