“So I am a regular customer and bought the topper again, my 8th topper. The clips are horrible in this most recent topper. They are different from all the toppers I previously bought. They are cheap, do not hold properly, come loose easily, and work poorly compared to the previous clips that were in all the prior toppers I have used. For the amount of money I am paying, I am quite unhappy that this product was cheapened by inadequate clips! The prior clips worked great, the ones they put into my current topper purchase do not work! Makes it diffult to properly attach the topper! So very disappointed!”
“I love it my halo. But I have reached out twice now to get help with color matching. I reached out before I ordered my halo. No one responded, so I was left to make a decision on my own. I wear it though and it looks like a good ombre. Yet still I have not received any communication whatsoever. That part is a little disappointing. Especially because I am in need of a topper. My hair is thinning. Rich chocolate brown is much lighter than my hair. I really do need someone to respond to help me with my next order. I think the quality of the hair is exceptional. So I want to get my topper from hidden crown. However, if no one responds to me, I will have to go with another company and probably pay way more.”

“Impeccable quality. However still struggling with the placement. Heavy quality hair in back causes front wire to slip back. Wearing under a hat in the meantime. Debating if I should use my spare wire and restring to hang lower near nape of neck. Love my Crown Topper, it's a game changer! Would recommend all Hidden Crown products.”
