“I was immediately impressed by the quality and packaging of my halo extensions. I ordered #3 and they thoughtfully sent color samples of #2 and #4 in case 3 wasn’t a perfect match. They also sent a zip up hanging bag for the extensions that made traveling with them and storing them a breeze. I have curly hair, so I knew this was going to be a bit of a challenge but I wanted it to work so bad! I straightened my own hair and then curled it and the extensions to match. The curls matched and the color matched, but it was the texture of my own hair that made the extensions look obvious. Even though I straightened and smoothed my own hair, it just wasn’t as smooth and luxurious as the halo and it was just too obvious where my hair ended and the extensions began. I plan to keep working with it and hopefully I can find the right product or technique to make it work. I still give the product 5 stars because it’s my own hair that was the problem, but fellow curly haired girls just might want to be aware that it may require a little more work!”

1.Color and tone way off from recommendation. Dying my hair to match wasn't an option.
2. Shipping fees incurred-too high!
13.00 to me x 2= 26.00. Plus 40.00 in return fees = 66.00?? Too high. Plus the added anxiety of the 'zip ties' not being damaged via postal service.
Overall: shipping fees and color match will not sell me.”
