I wish I'd ordered the 18in daydream v 14in daydream. In the length photos the 14in looked slightly longer than my natural hair but I hadn't considered that the images were a stick straight length. Since I have wavy hair my straight need hair was longer than the extension - just a note to others with waves or curls!
I also wish that there were more colors, my hair is the darkness of chocolate brown but with red undertones rather than golden. I think this might be a more common hair color (red undertones on dark hair) and it would be amazing to see this option from hidden crown in the future. Would also be great if textured crowns (waves or curls) were available. I had to buy a curling iron and learn to use it to match my halo to my waves.”

“I was disappointed that the last two Halo hair extensions I received became ratty, with constant snarls and of course resulting in broken ends, split ends and hair loss. I have not yet purchased your overpriced insurance that is only for the first 30 days, typically the problem does not become full blown until after the first month. I have used your oil on it, but it does not help. I have been a customer for about 3 years now and only recently have I had this issue. I never had problems before and frankly, the for cost of your product, which is expensive, this should not happen. We should not have to buy expensive insurance either, as your product should be good! I hope this does not continue other wise I will be forced to take my business elsewhere!!!”
