“My halo extensions were beautiful, however the stitching was defective from the moment I opened the package and it is very uncomfortable to wear because of this. I emailed customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement for me, while not mentioning that I would need to pay an additional $111 dollars for shipping fees. We had to refuse the extensions and the delivery person took them back.”
