“Despite USPS claims that my package was delivered “in or near” my mailbox, I did NOT receive my order.
Hidden Crowns has essentially made it my problem. I’m out $311 with no assistance from USPS or Hidden Crowns”
“No i don't like it. The wire is cheap and doesn't stay on my head! If I wouldn't have opened it already I would return it! The hair is nice but the headband is cheaply made. Way too much money for something I can't wear!”
“I visited website and watched a video for a product I thought I was purchasing. What came in the mail was something else. Felt the website was misleading. Now I have extensions with no clips just the wire and the video they sent after I purchased the product showed no clips. And looks complex to adjust the wire that I can’t imagine will stay out without clips. Really bummed and not sure what product had the wire and 4 clips that I thought I purchased.”
