“I wouldn’t know how the product is because I haven’t received it yet. When I placed the order I accidentally had the wrong shipping address prepopulated. I realized it after I submitted the order and immediately reached out to make the address change. A day later I get a response that there is nothing they can do which is absurd because I’ve done this before with other companies and able to correct the address since it was caught immediately after the order was placed. Thankfully it was sent to a friend who is mailing it to me of which I plan on immediately returning simply based on the customer service of this company.”

“Very nice quality extensions. Easy to wash and style. Pleasantly surprised the extensions had a wash and go curl similar to my natural hair. While long, the YouTube videos are helpful guides for fitting and wearing properly. Fit feels a little odd over my ears, but that may just be halo extensions as I have no prior experience to compare. Color match was only okay, but was able to color to better blend with my hair. Also recommend taking to a stylist to have it cut to blend more seamlessly. All in all I would recommend.”
