I am fully aware that the person reading and responding to this email chain doesn't care whether I am happy or depressingly disappointed in the hair extension that I have selected, however, I am going to send this email anyway. Over a two month time span, I have sent messages asking about the flaws in this product, only to be told that the flaws are either to be expected or that they are my fault. Neither of these are accurate or acceptable. The hair came with streaks of black plastic throughout it. It came with an alarming amount of different length hairs throughout it, so much so that if a natural head of hair looked this way, it would be looked upon very poorly. How are either of these things logically acceptable or my fault? They are not. Next, the only time that I tried to wear the halo, you could see the string in the center of my part, and it did not take log until it began pulling back, clearly revealing that there was a string across my head. NONE OF THIS IS GOOD OR RIGHT. I am in awe that someone can spend a large sum of money on a product, bring the product flaws to the vendor's attention, and not receive any useful feedback. It has been almost 2 months now since I bought this hair, and I have only worn it once because it was such poor quality. Each time I think about it or see it, I get distraught and remind myself to send this email and to let the masses know about Hidden Crown's poor business practices. My husband is an on air personality and has the ear of over 50, 0000 listeners each day. I will tell my story about this product and the negative response that I have had from this company.
Again, I am fully aware that you do not care, but if I can save someone else the frustration that I am experiencing, I will have done my part as a consumer.”
“Thank you so much!! My color match (from pic. I sent) was perfect. I received Med. Brown #4. I was happy with how easy it was to put on. I have wanted longer, thicker hair forever. I was concerned it would be too difficult for me to do or too time consuming. It is not, it is super easy and comfortable!! I have definitely referred others to Hidden Crown :) Kathy Thornton
