There is a sticker in the inside notifying you that you can’t return if the zip ties are removed but it’s impossible to tell how the extensions will work with your hair without removing the zip ties.

“The quality of hair is great, however the overall fit of the product is not. For how much these cost, I'm very disappointed in the quality of fit. They feel very loose and I cannot tighten much more as it doesn’t fit then.
It’s hard to know how the will fit with your hair until you’re able to take the security ties off and put it on. they were way to long and way too thick. I spent another $140 to get them thinned out/cut and they are still too bulky. The strap goes over my ear and is too thick.
Overall, I don’t like the fit.”
“I spent almost $300 on my halo hidden crown and not only did the wire string not budge at all when I tried to adjust it, but it then broke and I was told by customer service (which is an online chat - couldn’t even get a real person) a different way to try adjusting it. When I did get it on (before the string broke) it just kept falling off and not staying secure to my head. I also told the lady on the chat that it didn’t look right with my layered hair like she suggested it would and she said they won’t do an exchange for a different one... therefore, I have this expensive item just sitting in my closet not being used. Totally bummed!”
