“I did not cut or tighten the wire but I read on the return policy that I’m not able to return I bought the layers hoping it would not look like a hair piece extension but where my hair ended there was no doubt were the crown started If I’m still able to return I would like to. Please let me know. I’m not able to talk to a real person either which is disappointment”

I had clip-in extensions before that were way too long, so I thought I&d start off with the 14" and go longer in the future if needed. The 14" are the perfect length. They give me length and volume without looking ridiculous on me. The shade is perfect and blends easily with my darker roots. The shade itself is gorgeous! I can&t wait to play around with my hair color in the future to mix & match with it.
The extensions themselves did take me some time to get used to. They gave me a slight headache the first time I wore them, but after awhile I forgot they were in.

“Unfortunately the width of the weft was too large for my head which I could not tell until I opened the packaging and uncut the ties. Once I tried it on I could not adjust or resize the weft. I could not return for an exchange or refund and now I am out of pocket and will need to sell it on line to recoupe the money I spent. Other than that it is good quality.”
