“I can’t express how amazing I feel with my HC on. I have thin hair already and after a mild case of COVID I lost probably 20% of my hair. This HC extension is twice the thickness of my entire head of hair. My hair is slowly growing back but it’s still thin and not getting thicker with age so I got this as a 40th birthday gift to myself. It was a good match when I got it but I brought the HC with me to my hairdresser and made sure when I got my hair colored it would still match. It is spot on! When I came home friends and family were commenting on how pretty and long my hair was. They thought it was real! My 18 year old daughter said I look like a teenager. Thick hair really makes you look younger. I feel so feminine and gorgeous! I was intimidated about doing the initial fitting but the video walked me right through it and it was no big deal. I had a more blunt cut in the past so my hairdresser thinned the ends out so it would blend better with the HC. “I ordered #4 brown hair and received auburn red hair. The package did indicate #4 which is what I ordered; however, the color was not even close to the picture. I sent an email and pictures of the order on February 11th at 6:19 pm and have yet to receive a response. I returned the halo which cost me $9.50 to ship. I don't know if the picture is misleading or if the wrong hair was packaged and sent. Either way, not receiving a response was frustrating.”
