“This is my second halo with Hidden Crown. I was really, really disappointed. My first experience was beyond perfection. I can’t say enough positive. Perfect match, nice and thick, and beyond my expectations. Once again the halo was nice and thick. I took really good care of it and it lasted for almost two years. But, this second go around was not the same. I ordered the exact same halo, EXACT. This time it was not even half as thick and it was super stringy. The one on the right is the old one, the one on the left is the new one. Super thinned out and stringy. There was no way to know this without trying it on and once I did I could immediately tell the vast difference between the two. I emailed Hidden Crown and sent the photo a week ago, but have not heard back. Sad to say that nothing will probably be done since I took the tags off. I had to take the tags off to try it on, but quickly realized the quality was poor. Perhaps this was an isolated incident, for my first experience was perfect. This time, not even close. Totally bummed out.”
