“The hair quality looks good, from what I can tell inside a plastic covering looking at a significantly warmer and darker hair color than my own. The return instructions on the website are contradictory, and I’ve yet to get an email reply, only Instagram. One option on the site says to email and wait, another gives a form to send it back. I returned my extensions a week ago to get the correct color and still have heard nothing. It’s unsettling. Were they received? Do I need to claim insurance from USPS? No idea. I was amazed at how quickly they came initially but the return and exchange process is a nightmare thus far.”
“I was unable to use it. I couldn’t get the fishing line to pull out. I even cut my finger trying. I also tried using the tool, to no avail.
The hair is lovely but I paid $300 for it to sit in my closet. I sent an email for help and did not hear back.”
