“I was apprehensive to purchase my hidden crown because of the price tag, but you can't beat the quality of the hair. My hidden crown matches my natural hair so perfectly that you can't even tell I'm wearing it. I would recommend getting color matched if you're unsure because the color I was matched to was EXACTLY my shade. If you have a shorter/blunt haircut, I would also recommend styling your hair and the hidden crown with curls as it blends a lot better that way. I had to make some adjustments to my crown with a hairstylist to put in some more layers but once I did, the finished result was just what I was looking for.
Overall I am SO glad I made this purchase. If you're considering buying a hidden crown do it!! You won't regret it.”

“I requested a color match, however, I live alone and didn't have anyone to take a picture of the back of my hair. I had a lot of difficulty trying to take a picture of the back of my hair in natural lighting. The color didn't end up matching my hair so I had to exchange it. I appreciated that they sent samples of other colors so I was able to choose the correct color. It would be helpful if, in the future, HC would send you some color samples prior to your purchase so you could choose which color suits you best - sort of like how hair salons have "cards" with different colors to choose hair dye from. It would also be helpful if, in those samples, they sent the different lengths and advised where to hold them up to on your head so you can gauge how long it will be on you, personally. I also think that HC should absorb one ship-back charge if the color match doesn't work out. Overall, I've had a wonderful customer service experience and would definitely purchase from HC again.”
“I am so in love with my hidden crown! I won’t lie at first I was scared that it didn’t match and was too long. It also took some time to get the for right. Just play about with it; watch tutorials, and trust yourself. A couple of tips; curl and style it! It makes all the difference! Also take it to your stylist and have them cut it to blend with your hair. Very comfortable for all day wear. I am very pleased!”
“After emailing with the company about my concerns for fit, I was reassured the halo would work for me. I’m sad to report it doesn’t. The weft rubs against my ears and causes pain. I’ve had reconstructive surgery on my ears and they are very sensitive. I would’ve loved the opportunity to exchange for clip ins but am now stuck with an expensive piece I will never be able wear. When trying to contact the company for a phone number to discuss, we never got a response.”
