“The color match was excellent and I was impressed with the packaging and accessories that came with the halo extension. However, I do wish I could return this product. There is way too much hair on this extension for my hair type and style. My hair is fine and I wanted this product for volume. This is something that is impossible to know without trying the extension on and of course, once you cut the plastic tabs, it cannot be returned - which was clearly communicated.”

“I am pretty disgusted with my purchase from Hidden Crown. First, I purchased the Halo Extension in color #6 Light Medium Brown. The shade was correct (not too dark, not too light), but there was so much red tone that it didn't match my natural color at all. I exchanged for color #5/24 Light Ash Brown with Golden Highlights. I was hoping it wouldn't have the red tones since it was 'ash', but this color also was 'red' compared to my natural color. I then contacted customer support for a color match. I exchanged for color #812 Dirty Blonde/Brown as suggested by customer service. I received the exchange today, and again, very red toned, and also too light for the shade!!! I do not understand why the colors have so much red in them, especially when one of them was called 'Ash'. I do not color my hair, so it's not like I have an off tone due to fading, etc. Doesn't the company make an Ash color that is natural in the Shade 6 range??? I will be returning my purchase for a refund this time, but I'm still out the $34.80 for all the return postage I've paid ($11.60 each for USPS - cheapest option available using the original Hidden Crown packing envelope). Not Happy!!!”
“I love my pony tail. It looks nice. The color matches perfectly. (#6 it took me 2 try’s to figure my color and w/second try I used the assistance of the company’s color guidance)
The pony is a little tricky to figure out (Mostly because i have a bob type haircut) at first how to get it to attach perfectly — but after attaching it a few times I’ve gotten the hang of it. Overall I’m extremely happy. I really hope the pony last for a long time for it was a bit pricey at $199.”
