“I’ve just had to return my order for an exchange as the color match was off. There is no customer service phone number and communication is only by messenger (for which I received no reply), via comment on a post (which I did not receive a reply) or finally email which had a somewhat reasonable response time. I’m hoping my replacement is a color match; however , I will probably keep anyway and chalk it up to a learning experience as return shipping cost ($15) is left up to the customer.”
