“My hair stylist did an amazing job color matching my hair to the extensions and thinning out my hair to blend with the hair extensions but this is the best we could do... I am devastated. I realize that if they were curled they may look a bit better... but that's not the point, I have bought alot hair extension that I could wear straight.
I contacted them to let them know how disappointed I was and that I thought something was wrong with them. Understanding that they are layered hair extensions but maybe they cut too much out of them since the top portion is extremely thick at the top, making the top part of my hair even more thick and the bottom is - well lacking They told me to send them back so they could inspect them. I paid the shipping and a week later they told me nothing was wrong was with them. They said that is "what happens when you choose a length much longer than your natural hair length." Isn't that the point of hair extensions?
I have been purchasing hair extensions for over 10 years and I have never been so dissatisfied, even with the $100 extension on Ebay because I realise "you get what you pay for."
