“I love my new hidden crown extensions. I have worn tape-ins, shrinkies, i-tip and clips ins in the past. I was interested in the halo style because it seemed like it would be so much quicker for me to put in when getting ready. They are definitely quick to put in, so much so that I haven't used my clip-ins since receiving my hidden crown. The hair quality is amazing. It is really thick and silky and styles very well. I got the hidden crown 20 inch, 140 grams. The only annoying part was adjusting the wire to my head size in the beginning, the metal bead snapped in half, but they provided extras so I was able to put another on and finish the process. The color is beautiful. I had my stylist highlight my hair to match. Once my hair started going golden again, I used purple shampoo a few times and it went right back to matching my extensions. If you are an avid clip in wearer, the halo style will not feel as secure as you are used to when you first start wearing it, but you get used to it quickly and get more confidence once you see that it really won't fall out. I definitely recommend this style and brand and will be purchasing again!”
“I sent a picture of my hair and was recommended a color. When I got it, it looked much blonder than my hair color in the package. I thought maybe it didn&t match because it couldn&t see it blended in with my hair. So I wrote back to show them pictures of it before I cut it out of the package. I was still told that I had the right color. So, I took it out of the package -- meaning, it now can&t be returned. It&s completely different than my hair color and totally obvious I have extensions in... Not what I had planned when getting extensions! I ended up cutting the extensions to my exact hair length just to try to get body (at least) and it still peeks through showing two different colors! I had a feeling getting the right color was going to be difficult to do through pictures online and I was right! You never know with the lighting I guess! Bummed I&m out the money and without the extensions I was so excited to have!”
“I have the 16& Hidden Crown in 60/8. It is very pretty and matches my hair quite nicely, but in the almost 4 weeks I have had it I have only worn it twice. The wire broke on the side of the hair that does not have a micro bead and I am still waiting for a replacement wire. After contacting customer service for a second time I was informed that it was not shipped out until a week later and it is shipped via snail mail. I would think as a company you would want to make your customers happy and get them what they need after investing so much money into their product. This is why I&m giving 3 stars. I would really like to be able to wear the hair because it is beautiful.”
“The videos makes this look like it works perfectly with any hair type. It does not. If you have short hair, at the top of your shoulders it does not work. You have to buy a topper, which is very expensive. No where on the site or videos does it tell you this before you buy the halo.i wouldn&t have bought it if I needed that and the topper. I sent an email the day I got it in, and still no response. Very unhappy. It&s not like me or anyone can just shell out $300+ like it&s nothing.”
