“The hair is nice and it looks good on but it&s very hard to make it fit correctly and not have the band pop out on the side. I am unable to put my hair up with the halo in without the band showing.”

“The hair color I received was way off and the high lights and low lights were extremely chunky and didn&t blend. The hair was very soft and pretty but I shipped it back and ordered a new color. I followed the directions but it cost me $50 to ship the hair back. When I received my new hair it was still way off the hair was yellow so I toned it to get it to match my hair better. And the hair I got back with the exchange was not soft and pretty like the original. I bought the 20& and wish I bought a shorter. Also the elastic that hold the fishing line string was falling about. I need to be very delicate with it so I wore it twice. I&m a hair dresser and I have told many of my clients about this company right after I ordered my hair. Two of my clients have bought from the company and one of them bought again. One of them even received a couple before she ordered and the hair they received was gorgeous. I can&t say the same for mine.”
