“I have ordered two different colors and I’ve had to send both of them back because my hair is mostly white not blonde. I love the product but can’t use the color I wish you would come up with a silver white not platinum if so please let me know”
“The hair is not very good quality. No matter how many times a day I brush the hair it tangles very easily. No matter how I condition them they look frizzy. My daughter is a stylist and installed harper Ellis hand tied extensions in my hair which is very good quality hair so I have something to compare yours to. She had taught me how to care for my hair. I am not satisfied with this hair but can't return it since I removed the zip ties. How would you know if you like the hair before you are able to wear it?”
“At this time I would give it a 3 star. Why not a five, well I find the halo slides on me during the day, I can definitely feel it on and moving. I've have followed the instruction videos and still the same. The other reason ita a 3, I find it to be very itchy. By the end of the day I can't wait to take it off so I can claw at my scalp. I had high hopes based on the reviews, hoping it would be my every day go too. But now I'm just wearing my hair up so I don't have to fuss with the halo all day.”
