“Love to color and the quality but I just can’t get it to fit security and trust having it on in public. I’ve watched multiple videos and still no success. Customer support is much needed and can’t seem to get additional help.”

“My rating is low due to the fact that I am on my second set of hair extensions (halo). The first one I had for a only a few months, got extremely tangled and snarled and felt dry. I couldn't even wear them any longer! I didn't even wear them all the time! When I emailed the company, explaining the issue, they graciously sent me a new set free of charge. I asked how I could be guaranteed the same thing wouldn't happen again. I was told that the batch from February (which is when I placed my first order) was a bad batch. The new hair they were sending my passed quality control. Which begs the question, WHY would I be sent bad hair in the first place when they knew it wasn't good quality!??? I guess they were hoping no one would notice!? Very poor customer service! The new ones I have also feel dry, and recently started doing the same thing as the first set! I read under the care instructions not to over brush the hair! Please tell me how I am supposed to NOT excessively brush it when it gets tangled underneath after having it on for only a few minutes?! For now, I can deal with it. I am hopeful that they won't get any worse, but if they do, I will demand a full refund! This SHOULD NOT happen with "real" quality hair extensions! I am still not convinced it's all real hair! I suspect it's mixed with synthetic hair! I have purchased hair extensions from several different companies over the past several years. This has never happened before! The attached photos are of the first set.”
“The string broke the first time when pulling on it before I knew to open bead with tool they gave. I had to find string that broke off in the band which was not easy. They make it look so easy on video fitting to head.
Took my Hidden Crown to my hair dresser to help me fit to my head. She wears hair pieces all the time. She cut and textured it.
Lots of frustration and money and never wore it because it will slide off if not careful.”
