“I have ordered clip-ins & halos from Hidden Crown many times and have always been very impressed with the quality & durability of the hair. My last purchase however, is not the case. After on wearing my new halo only a few times, the hair is continuously getting tangled and feels extremely dry. I can't even wear it without it getting matted within minutes. I'm not sure if I've received a "bad batch" or if the quality of the hair is not what it has been in the past - either way, it's very disappointing considering I'm ordering from Canada and the hair is expensive once I convert $$$ and pay for shipping & duties. I don't mind paying the money for quality hair but unfortunately this last purchase was up to the normal standards. I'm very sad because I have loved Hidden Crown in the past and have raved about the quality of the products up until this experience.”
