“I have had a very frustrating experience with Hidden Crown. This is the second color I received. The first color, as well as this one, look nothing like my hair color. My hair color is a pretty basic blonde color. I took pictures two times to ensure the color would be perfect. You have to pay to ship back the hair, $13. I was told that they did not have a color for me and to have my hairdresser fix it. I paid $80 to have the hair match mine. I am out so much money to make the hair actually work as well as shipping costs. The color in the photo looks NOTHING like the color you receive. Please think about ordering from another company.”
