Furthermore they offer no remedy for an issue like this and I only asked for a small refund: discount on a future product to replace mine whuch I felt had a leemssett”

“This is my 4th Hidden Crown product and I have to say that the quality just isn’t the same as my previous items. I have the exact same item in a different color and the hair volume and ends are not even close to the same. I don’t really want to pay to exchange the item and my item only came with one zip tie instead of two like they normally do so I’m not sure if a return is even possible. I think hidden crown has great products, the quality just isn’t consistent.”
