Unfortunately for me, the color matching they provided was inaccurate. I sent them a photo of my hair, and they told me to get shade 10. I knew that would be too light, so I order shade #8. That was still too light, so I exchanged it for color #6 which unfortunately still did not work for me. I think a shade darker, #4 would be too dark, so I did not end up ordering another halo extensions.
As long as you follow their rules about returns/exchanges, the process is very simple and quick.”
“I was hesitant to get the color they recommended but i did and matched perfectly there is a'lot hair in the daydreamer so happy i didn't do with the one with more hair i don't think it would have looked real i did take it to get a little trim the hair dresser couldn't believe how it matched so well and asked how i got the perfect match love it ,it did take me a few times with the sizing and also when you wash your real hair and put on halo it will slide around b/c your hair is newly washed and silky so i put on hair spray prior to putting on my halo hope this helps”
