“I know I probably should have been, but I was NOT aware that we were not allowed to open and try the extension on before deciding whether or not to keep it. I was told that if you cut the ties holding the extension together, the item could NOT be returned. If I couldn't try it on to see if it fit properly, felt comfortable and looked natural, I could not justify paying over $300 for it.”
“Over the years, I’ve worn all sorts of extensions. Clip in, tape in , wigs, etc. All of them left my hair weaker and thinner. The tape in’s literally ripped out my hair and it never grew back. “I'm pretty low maintenance other than the occasional Botox. I'm simple with makeup and have never worn extensions. My fine hair has always frustrated me, and it seems to be getting thinner with age (I've tried every vitamin, shampoo and treatment in the books). After seeing a lot of great reviews and tutorials, I decided to get a Daydream. This Daydream blends perfectly into my fine, blondish brown hair (I emailed them for a color match and they were spot on). You can't see the weft or wire, and it continues to blend with my hair even when I tweak it with highlights and lowlights. I found it very easy to fit, style and get used to wearing (again, coming from someone who is pretty low maintenance and never worn extensions before). And it looks, feels, and styles like "real" hair (because it is). I highly recommend!”
“Hate it:( never even wore it once, watched the directions on how to fit it a million times finally committed to just sizing it best I could so I could finally try it, but slips all around, falls off and bubbles up my hair on top. I wish you provided a diagram to show exactly where on the back of your head it should rest bc I clearly did my wrong. I mean, I have a masters degree, you’d think I could figure it out!? I totally take responsibility that I must have sized it wrong, but the price I paid and the strict return policy (return w/in a week of receiving even if unopened (I was out of town!)) it seems that the company could provide more explicit directions. Diagram showing where it should be resting on back of head, right on occipital bone? Just above? Just below? I dunno! Thank you for the opportunity to share feedback, I LOVE the idea of Hidden crown and I bet if I fitted it right it would have been beautiful, but it didn’t work our for me and now I have this hair just hanging in my bathroom never to see the light of day and $200+ w nothing to show for it:(”
