“I would not recommend Hidden Crown to anyone. I sent a photo of my hair and received a color that was not even close to my hair color. I had to pay $12 to ship the hair back. I sent another photo of my hair, with the original hair I was sent, and received another color that was not close to my hair color. I sent another photo and was told that that color was the best possible and that I should take it to my hairdresser and have her tone and fix the color to match mine. I did this, and paid $80 to have it changed to match my color. I have blonde hair. Nothing out of the ordinary. I have spent $303 for hair that was supposed to cost me $211. Not to mention the time. A hint: the color I chose is a very good match for me and to make it perfect, my stylist colors *my* hair to match the extensions, rather than the other way around. Much less wear and tear on the extensions.
