“I used the “expert” color matching that the company provides.. I assumes it would be at least close enough for me to use on my wedding day since they stated “expert color matching” all over the page. When I received it I couldn’t tell in the packaging If it would match my hair so I took it out and in the lighting it looked like I could get away with it (because the blonde highlights were showing the most with how it was folded) but once I clipped the tags and opened it up, it was very orange almost red. ( I have blonde ashy hair) So I DID NOT put it on!
I contacted costumer service and told them my issue and they said that they would not exchange it. They said that I could have compared it to my hair with the security tags on and once they are clipped it is unsanitary. So leaving it in the security tags, touching it, putting it near my hair is fine but once those tags are clipped it is unsanitary???? So I lost 400$ because it is too dark for my hair and cannot be lightened!
Because they told me that they wouldn’t take it back I tried it on… I loved how it looked, gave me fullness and length.. I just wish it was the right color or just closer to my hair color in general.. I just wanted to feel beautiful on my wedding day and customer service was not helpful what so ever.
I added a photo with it on my head and the photo I sent the color matching “expert”.”

I would have given 5 stars anyway, but with being charged shipping both ways, it cost me $35 for a product I couldn’t keep. With the cost of these extensions, exchanges really should be via prepaid return label.”
“After sending back my first extensions for a client b/c they were too light I reordered. They still didn’t exactly match so I had to hilight them. It’s for her wedding so it was a big deal. Still not sure they match. Also her hanger is broken and arrived that way. If possible le id love to give her a new one. I’ll attach a picture. It won’t close all the way.”
