“The quality of the hair is great. But the color does not look like it does in the picture and this is the color the stylist recommended I get. I tried emailing two different times my concerns but still haven’t heard back and it’s been over a week. I would call if they had a customer service line since no one is responding to my emails but they don’t have a number you can call. They also do not have a good exchange policy unfortunately.”
