“Received my extensions in a length that is way too long and it wasn’t made clear during the ordering process that I couldn’t exchange them even though I took them out of the package for no longer than a minute and a half to test them. Not to mention, a huge waft of the hair simply fell off as I’m trying it on. Unfortunately it was a waste of good money”
“This is my first experience with a halo hair extension. Am blown away by the quality, texture, volume and color match. Has exceeded expectations with how easy it is to add to my natural hair and has lived up to the recommendations by my friends/family.
The only issue is that the front side with the clamp bulges slightly and often protrudes from under my real hair, so must spend extra time to pin it down to flatten and hide.”
