“This product is horrible. You aren’t able to try it on unless you snip the zip ties. Once the zip ties are snipped you aren’t able to return it. The halo extension did not work for me and now I am stuck with a 350 dollar hair piece. I am also leaving a review on Google Business about this return policy.”
